By placing this bid, I acknowledge that if I have the winning bid, I am financially responsible for payment to the City of Krum, delivery, and transportation of the engine, and I accept the engine in its current condition.

AS IS; current condition: needs batteries, the valves need minor repairs, and one cab latch is cracked. All equipment will be removed and not part of the bidding process. All information provided is believed to be correct but no warranty as such is either intended or implied. All items are sold AS IS - WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS THEREIN.
